- Maintain accurate and quality paperwork
- Mitigate company risks
- Manage customer expectations effectively
- Represent the company in various networking opportunities
- Follow up on sales leads and provide after-sales service
- Keep customers informed throughout the sales process
- Adhere to sales timelines diligently
- Monitor, analyze, and report on sales activities
- Complete administrative tasks promptly and accurately
- Plan and oversee sales through various channels including distributors and individuals
- Negotiate, renew, or review sales contracts in alignment with company policies
