• Trade Test with at least 3 years experience in meat processing plant.
• Proven experience as a millwright in a meat processing or related industry.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of equipment maintenance best practices and safety protocols.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work occasional weekends or extended hours as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on processing equipment to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency enhancement.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
