- Act as a trusted advisor to the organization's leadership team on all HR-related matters.
- Participate in the recruitment process and assist with ensuring our candidates have a positive experience.
- Advise on and manage disciplinary matters including investigation, representing the company in both internal hearings and at the CCMA when required.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive work culture and enhance employee morale.
- Stay current on HR trends and best practices and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with the HR team to continuously improve HR processes and programs.
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required, with a preference for a Master's degree.
- 5+ years of experience in a human resources role, including a minimum of 2 years in a business partner capacity.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated skill in fostering robust relationships with stakeholders across all levels in the business.
- Exhibited strategic thinking and adept problem-solving abilities.
