Hire Resolve's client is currently seeking a Section Engineer to join their mining company in Mpumalanga. As a Section Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the mining operations and ensuring the smooth running of the equipment and processes.Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the maintenance and repair of mining equipment
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Analyze production data and identify areas for improvement
- Participate in project planning and execution
- Lead a team of technicians and support staff
- Degree/National Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- GCC (Mines and Works)
- 5 years' experience as an Engineer in the mining industry.
- 5 years' experience in Underground Coal Mining
- Knowledge in Flameproofing and Gas Testing
- Experience in managing and supervising a team
- Valid Drivers License
- Salary: Negotiable
- Paid Time Off (PTO)
