Senior Mechanical Engineer

• Conduct feasibility studies, analysis, and simulations to evaluate design concepts and validate performance requirements.
• Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed drawings, models, and prototypes of mechanical designs.
• Perform engineering calculations and analyses related to stress, thermal, fluid dynamics, and other mechanical properties to ensure structural integrity and functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, software engineers, and manufacturing specialists, to integrate mechanical designs into overall product architectures.
• Participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and problem-solving activities to identify innovative solutions and optimize design performance.
• Develop and execute test plans and procedures to validate and verify mechanical designs through testing and prototyping.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reduction, and efficiency enhancement in mechanical design and manufacturing processes.
• Support product lifecycle activities, including documentation, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in mechanical engineering.

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Professional Engineer license) is a plus.
• Proven experience in mechanical design, analysis, and product development, preferably in a relevant industry (e.g., automotive, aerospace, consumer electronics).
• Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Inventor.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles, materials science, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with finite element analysis (FEA) software and simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS, Abaqus) is desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex systems and troubleshoot issues.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for collaboration with cross-functional teams and presentation of technical information.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and techniques.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
