- Manage office operations and business systems support for employees and senior leaders.
- Ensure accurate processing of sales orders, purchase orders, invoices, shipments, and reports.
- Oversee accounts payable processes, including approvals, supplier data maintenance, and communication.
- Assist in statutory audit and tax computation by providing timely information on accounts payable.
- Maintain bank book and perform monthly bank reconciliations; handle additional tasks as assigned.
- Proficient in MS Office, Windows OS, Outlook, Teams, or similar tools, with strong attention to detail.
- Develop efficient communication channels with diverse teams across different countries, customers, and suppliers.
- Foster positive teamwork relationships through effective communication, ensuring timely and quality outcomes.
- Manage challenges to meet expectations, employing problem-solving skills to resolve conflicts and maintain positive interactions.
- Minimum Diploma in business or relevant field.
- Over 8 years of experience in administrative support roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Candidates who are also fluent in Mandarin would be preferred
