- Govern the global Technology annual Audit program, including delivering process enhancements and improvements to Technology Audit operations.
- Work closely with external providers and internal teams across Technology in executing Technology Audit requirements.
- Deliver report consolidation and establish a consistent, unified approach to evidence collation and submission for various reports, including SOC 1 & 2.
- Prepare the organization for SOx compliance in 2024.
- Provide robust challenge to findings with a view to determining any potential deficiencies and building effective remediation plans with teams across the Technology organization.
- Manage all external Client requests for Apex Technology, including interfacing directly with major global clients.
- Respond effectively to any regulatory ask for Apex Technology.
- Bachelor's degree preferable.
- In-depth experience operating and leading Technology teams in a large multi-national organization.
- Detailed understanding of core Technology Governance principles and Audit requirements.
- Leadership skills in complex, fast-paced business environments, including ability to coordinate multiple teams in various locations and time zones.
- Experience working on projects in the financial services industry would be an advantage.
- Possess extensive knowledge and expertise in a wide range of Technology disciplines.
- Passion for leading teams and implementing change.
- Strong negotiation and team-building skills with the ability to create consensus around decisions and mitigate conflicts among different teams.
- High communication skills required at all levels. Must be able to interact with senior leadership. Excellent command of verbal and written communication (English). Effective presentation style for all levels of stakeholders.
- Strong problem solving, decision making, issue analysis and resolution skills.
- Highly organized.
