Client Relationship Manager

• B.Bus Sc,

• A keen interest in investments and a good understanding of various instruments
• Efficiency in PowerPoint (advanced) including linked slides and Excel objects knowledge
• Efficiency in Excel (advanced) knowledge
• with current, relevant experience in formatting documents to corporate style
• The ability to pick up IT packages quickly. In house system is Fundamental
• Fundamental knowledge of working with complex datasets

• Required to focus on the timely and accurate production of client daily, monthly, Adhoc and quarterly reports
• Report daily to clients according to client requirements and within client-specific
• deadlines;
• The production of report backs and other client reporting;
• The production of client reports on a periodic and ad hoc basis within time frames;
• Perform and review daily performance checks across the client portfolios
• Monitor daily cash balances, and ensure the necessary actions are taken and perform
• daily cash management;
• Ensure that contribution and disinvestments instruction are captured into the asset
• management system;
• Calculating total investment costs (TERs)
• Coordinate completion and timely delivery of due diligence questionnaires and surveys
• Assist with completion and delivery of tender documents
• Assistance rendered to external auditors
• Gain in-depth knowledge of client portfolios
• Calculate & review management and performance fees
• Manage the client onboarding process
• Manage the client take-off process
• Ensure all client information is relevant and up to date in the CRM system.
• Responsible for working closely with the presentations team to coordinate
• any changes that reflect in the reports;
• Responsible for working closely with the product owners to coordinate any automation process and implement further automation required;
• Responsible for assisting in projects and business initiatives when required;
• Required to ensure team members are appropriately cross-trained and there
• is a backup for each task;
• Required to continually update procedures to reduce risk, identify efficiencies in process, improve efficiency and accommodate a change to strategies,
• client demands, or in response to industry change;
• Responsible for proactive and effective communication with team colleagues;
• Required to ensure excellent internal and external client servicing by responding promptly and appropriately to queries;
• Required to maintain a consistently professional and value-add approach;

• Responsible for adhering to the code of ethics and related policies,
• including personal account dealing, gifts, market abuse, etc.;
• Responsible for ensuring compliance training, declarations and relevant forms are completed on a timely basis;
• Responsible for ensuring that firm and client data and property, including IT data, are properly protected;
• Responsible for reporting any possible and actual breaches, errors, complaints or conduct issues;
• Responsible for reporting any suspicion that a client, investor, or employee may be involved in money laundering, fraud, or other crime such as
• market abuse
• Assist & review with drafting client mandates and addendums
• Obtain & verify FICA Documents
