Maintain and Implement the Quality Assurance programmes in the factory.REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/TRAININGGrade 12National Diploma/ Certificate in NEBOSCH or SAMTRAC or equivalent will be an advantageCertified Risk Assessor or similar professional certification would be an added advantageREQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE2 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environmentExperience in a Food/Feed manufacturing environment will be an advantageKEY PERFORMANCE AREASPrepare for external audits and participate in external auditsEnsure conducting and minuting of Food Safety/Level meetingsConduct/Participate/Perform assessments (audits & surveys)Maintain all prescribed certificationsCoordinate all required activities to ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental legislationCoordinate all required activities to ensure compliance with the standards and requirements as set out by the insurance providers and investors.Maintain all records (hard and soft copies) for the above-mentioned coordinated activities to prove compliance with legislation, standards, and provided requirements.Assist the OHSE & Risk Manager (OHSE Practitioner) with the development of the system as and when is required, per directives.Maintain Customer Complaints, CPA, Non-Conforming Products, Supplier Complaints and Continuous Improvement objectives.
