- Oversee all hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and guest services
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and goals
- Manage and monitor hotel budgets, expenses, and revenue targets
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by maintaining high standards of customer service
- Recruit, train, and supervise hotel staff
- Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service and exceed guest expectations
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Keep abreast of industry trends and developments to drive innovation and continuous improvement
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
- A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field will be preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management, with at least 2 years in a General Manager role
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven track record of achieving financial targets and operational excellence
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Protel) and MS Office application
