Unified Endpoint Management – Solutions Architect (Senior)

• Responsible for planning, documenting, defining, and evaluating technical integration information for major systems, and related components.
• Be responsible for the verification, planning and actioning of maintenance tasks together with other infrastructure teams
• Assists with defining and documenting technology platforms and dependencies for multiple environments (test/integration and production).
• Understands and monitors impacts to and dependencies between existing technical and network environments and continuously works on improving the operational stability
• Work on automation of platform operations, troubleshooting and maintenance topics
• Interact with an international product team, external providers, vendors and customers.

• Treat security as a first-class citizen
• Work closely with stakeholders, development teams in constantly improving our Endpoint Management platforms stability and availability
• Work with other IT teams on integration of new features and components

• University degree/diploma in a relevant field of study (e.g., computer science, engineering) or 5 years of IT experience.
• Advanced knowledge of VMWare Workspace One (UEM & Access) and Microsoft Intune.
• Proficiency in at least one OS/device platform (iOS, AOSP, Windows, MacOS, Linux).
• Expertise in Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, SCCM, GPO).
• Intermediate scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash).
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Apple technologies.
• Experience with troubleshooting infrastructure, network, and integration issues.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem management).
• Experience with technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to understand technical dependencies on a global scale.
