Across all locations, we are united by our employee values: Be Bold, Be Open, Be Responsible, Be Imaginative.If these are values you share, we would love you to join our team.The Role:· To build & deploy all email marketing campaigns.· To manage, plan and create the email marketing calendar.· Manage & optimise the day to day running of email marketing campaigns and automated emails.· Report campaign results and database growth back to a wider team.· Work with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager and Customer Insights team to develop a robust Global CRM program. · Work with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager and tech teams to optimise the current Salesforce Marketing Cloud set up.Duties and responsibilities:· Manage the email marketing calendar, own the build and deployment of all email campaigns through our Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.· Assist the Senior Digital Marketing Manager to develop the email & CRM marketing strategy.· Work with the Global Marketing teams, local regional teams and Digital Marketing team to plan the global email marketing campaigns, including any translated, franchisee or partner requests.· Brief the Digital Designers and Copywriter on upcoming email marketing campaigns and work closely with them to achieve optimised email creative and messaging.· Ensure all emails are built within the Salesforce content builder and sent out to the relevant customer lists.· Deliver the weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting on overall campaign performance and growth of the customer database.· Work closely with the Customer Insights team to optimise all emails to drive revenue & customer engagement for each customer life stage including database analysis, customer profiling, segmentation and retargeting activities.· Assist the team in email systems integration when required.· Assist in briefing the technology team in development of any new triggered emails and development updates of the transactional emails.· Provide support on tech projects as required.· Consider improvements and opportunities for data capture to increase the database quality and volume via partnerships and online email incentives, particularly in new or key markets.Brand:· Understand and demonstrate the Mulberry employee values and behaviours: Be Bold, Be Imaginative, Be Open, Be Responsible.· Support Mulberry to deliver an inclusive culture, through behaving in a way that is open-minded and respectful towards others, and understanding that your views, opinions and experiences may not always be shared by your colleagues.· Act as an ambassador for Mulberry and communicate positively about the brand.Made to Last:· Wherever possible, incorporate environmentally responsible practices into your work.
