- Develop and maintain strong relationships with platform users, serving as their trusted advisor and advocate.
- Onboard new users onto the platform, guiding them through the setup process and providing training on platform features and best practices.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the user experience and drive user engagement on the platform.
- Monitor platform usage and performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and marketing, to ensure alignment of customer success initiatives with business objectives.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and professional manner, striving to achieve high levels of client satisfaction.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product development and enhancement efforts.
- Develop and implement customer success strategies and initiatives to drive user retention, satisfaction, and growth.
- 3-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role, preferably in the gaming industry or a related field.
- Strong understanding of customer success principles and best practices, with a proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other customer success tools.
