Working hours will be 2pm - 10pm (SA time) Monday - Friday.Responsibilities:Build and execute engaging multi-channel campaigns to drive customer engagement, retention, and salesCoordinate and execute newsletters on a monthly basis, including content creation, design, and schedulingMaintain a comprehensive marketing calendar to ensure timely execution of all marketing activitiesManage social media channels including Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn - increasing followers and engagementCreate content and help increase SEO rankingsManage paid digital marketing ads on Google and various social media platformsManage customer databases to ensure accurate segmentation and targeting for email campaignsTrack and analyze the performance of email campaigns and other marketing initiatives using analytics toolsGenerate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on key marketing metrics, including email open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenueManage and grow affiliate marketing channelManage 3rd party marketplaces, like Amazon and EtsyRequirements:5+ years experience in email marketing and ecommerce.Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendationsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlinesProactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a teamMust be able to thrive in an energetic, fast paced environmentStrong background in Google Analytics and strong SEO knowledgeExperience with eCommerce CMS platforms, and Shopify preferred
