Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Executive to join our team at Beacon Group India. As a Sr. Executive, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our company. This is a mid-level position, requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role. The job is located in Pune, Maharashtra, India and the employment type is full-time. Qualifications And Skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role Strong track record of achieving sales targets Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships Good knowledge of the diagnostic industry and market trends Self-motivated and target-driven Proficient in MS Office Willingness to travel as required Roles And Responsibilities Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients Manage and grow existing customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote company products and services Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and campaigns
