Prime Africa Holdings, one of South Africas leading cosmetics and toiletry manufacturing groups, is looking for a detail-oriented and dynamic Finance Administrator/Bookkeeper to join their finance team.Responsibilities:
  • Accounts payable (i.e. processing invoices, payments, and reconciliation of accounts)
  • Managing supplier age analysis
  • Maintain supplier master file.
  • Payment run generation and reporting.
  • Vat Reconciliation and Submission
  • EMP201 submissions
  • General processing (Cash book, debtors, creditors to trial balance)
  • Ad hoc monthly reporting requirements
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • National Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
  • Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field (advantageous)
  • Tech-savvy with a systems and process driven approach.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
