- Accounts payable (i.e. processing invoices, payments, and reconciliation of accounts)
- Managing supplier age analysis
- Maintain supplier master file.
- Payment run generation and reporting.
- Vat Reconciliation and Submission
- EMP201 submissions
- General processing (Cash book, debtors, creditors to trial balance)
- Ad hoc monthly reporting requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- National Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field (advantageous)
- Tech-savvy with a systems and process driven approach.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
