General Requirements:

2+ years of experience in administration, preferably in a similar role.
Experience in running Shopify and Takealot Marketplace portal is essential
Familiarity with shipping logistics and terminology.
Strong understanding of stock management and order processing systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Accurate data entry and attention to detail.
Proficiency in accounting software packages like Xero.
