Job Summary Responsibilities: • Conduct physical examinations on employees to determine the fitness levels of employees. Manage the evaluation of pregnant women in the workplace and ensure conformance to health standards. Provide expert advice as a member of the Operations Risk Assessment team to ensure minimal production interruption. • Conduct periodic medical examinations for all employees according to company policies and legal requirements. • Provide medical treatment and care for employees who have suffered work-related injuries or illnesses. • Develop and implement health promotion programs to improve the overall well-being of our workforce • Do referrals of health conditions requiring further investigation by specific specialists • Ensure work ethics is of such a nature that workers continuously strive towards improving their performance. • Ensure optimal safety meetings take place to give maximum information to workers. • Direct and manage injury on-duty cases during working hours and after hours to ensure optimal efficiency. • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in occupational health and safety.
