Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Developer to join our dynamic IT team at Pingo Delivery an innovative ecommerce company. The ideal candidate will possess a strong theoretical foundation in database management, programming, and application support, coupled with a keen interest in Azure cloud technologies. While no prior work experience is required, a robust skill set and a passion for learning and growth are essential. This is a unique opportunity to start your career within a team that will provide exposure across the development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the development and maintenance of systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Collaborate with senior developers to design and implement database solutions. Provide technical support for applications, troubleshooting issues, and implementing timely resolutions. Participate in the full development life cycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance Actively engage in ongoing learning and professional development to enhance skills and stay abreast of emerging technologies. Participate in scrum ceremonies, including backlog grooming, daily stand-ups and sprint retros.Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Proficiency in database management systems such as MSSQL Server, MySQL and SQL querying. Solid understanding of C# Knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. Advantageous experience: Experience with ecommerce or logistics systems. Exposure to Agile development methodologies. Certification in Azure cloud technologies.
