Job Summary To work as personal assistant to the Sales Director. Handling all the client appointments for the Director. Making sales appointments for the director and helping him organise the sales presentations. Making the quotations for the clients of the Director. Organise documentation for the sales orders, filling up of the tender documents. Coordinate between the office staff and sales staff for day-to-day operations. The candidate should have an eye for detail and not miss even the smallest thing in the documentation Qualifications and Experience: 1. Matric with Mathematics and Accounts. (Good arithmetic knowledge, calculations, percentages, fractions, multiplications etc for TAXATION purposes a must) 2. Three years post matric qualification in Office Administration and Public Relations. 3. At Least 5 Years experience as secretary or personal assistance. 4. Excellent skills in MS-Office and internet concepts. (Should have perfect knowledge of excel, its applications, formulae's, invoicing and inventory control skills on excel. 5. Knowledge of working on accounting software like pastel, QuickBooks etc will be an advantage. 6. Should be perfect with time management skills and never miss the deadline with the directors work or any other engagement. 7. Good Communication skills in English, Zulu and Sotho. 8. Additional Knowledge of Human Resources and Labour relations, will be an advantage.
