Hire Resolve is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our client's team as a Commercial Admin Assistant. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our commercial team and assist in various tasks related to commercial operations.Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with the preparation and submission of commercial proposals and quotes.
  • Coordinating and scheduling meetings and appointments for the commercial team.
  • Performing research and analysis to support commercial decision-making.
  • Tracking and updating commercial data and records.
  • Assisting with the preparation of commercial reports and presentations.
  • Handling and responding to customer inquiries and requests.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Prior administrative or commercial experience is a plus.
