- You will have a qualification in Sales/ Business Management or Communication, coupled with 2-5 years experience in managing customer success and key account management within a software development environment, ideally in the Hospitality or Point of Sale sector.
- A sound knowledge of ICT network and hardware, software development life cycles, ZOHO CRM and developing future growth plans and services to customers.
- You will have experience in driving success of projects across cross-functional teams to ensure delivery on SLAs
- You will be an effective communicator, be able to manage several tasks simultaneously, be able to travel extensively and present yourself in a professional manner
- You must have a valid driver’s licence, own car and a clear criminal and credit record
