Role Overview:As a Project Manager specializing in liquid separation technologies, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects from inception to completion. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and sales, to ensure seamless project implementation and customer satisfaction. Your leadership and expertise will drive efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement, positioning us as a leader in the liquid separation industry.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning and execution of liquid separation projects, including equipment installations, system upgrades, and process optimizations.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and organizational goals.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against key milestones and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate resources, including internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors, to ensure timely project delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Proactively identify risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and maximize project success.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing regular updates, resolving issues, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous process enhancement.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on liquid separation technologies, such as membrane filtration, centrifugation, or ion exchange.
  • Strong technical background in water and wastewater treatment processes, including an understanding of chemical, physical, and biological principles.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana) and MS Office suite.
