It is full-time work from an office job, no work from home job. Roles And Responsibilities Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow-up on leads/calls assigned. Answering customer queries related to the services or products. Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going i.e by understanding the customer requirements and closing sales. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with a high closing rate. Exceptional customer service skills. A proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone shall be strongly preferred. Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information. Shift timing will be between 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM and will be operating 5 days a week from Monday to Friday, Saturday and Sunday fixed OFF.
