The manager will be responsible to implement and monitor performance metrics, analyze operations and efficiencies of the operations team. The Operation Manager will collaborate with EP&D peers, business partners, and stakeholders across all lines of business, as needed. This role is responsible for interacting with senior leadership and identifying and enacting process improvements and efficiencies, as well as coaching, training, mentoring, and developing staff.Primary Functions:
  • Work closely with cross-functional departments on project planning, preparation, scheduling and delivery.
  • Maintain oversight and awareness of project demand, overseeing timelines and communication of project status to necessary parties.
  • Oversee high volume project intake and tight deadlines to meet business needs.
  • Provide strategic guidance and solutions to business partners and teammates to mitigate risks.
  • Identify process inefficiencies, provide solutions to resolve gaps, and pinpoint preventive measures and improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure quality and service standards are met, including client contractual deliverables.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to standardize, document and define procedures.
  • Monitor and communicate team status.
  • Develop and grow a strong and diverse team.
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree preferred.
  • 8-10 years relevant experience (e.g. ops management).
  • Working knowledge and understanding of Campaign Automation software.
  • Working knowledge and understanding of SQL.
  • Full comprehension of data processing and Boolean logic.
  • Marketing Services Provider (MSP) experience a plus.
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma, Total Quality, Agile, or related methodology a plus.
  • Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and business partners.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing and developing staff.
  • Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple, highly visible projects with tight timelines simultaneously.
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment and make decisions to ensure alignment with business strategy and requirements.
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) skills and ability to communicate with all levels of management, colleagues and direct reports.
  • Strong presentation, organizational and multitasking skills.
  • High level of confidence, integrity, enthusiasm, a hands-on approach to problem solving, and personality that fits an energetic and proactive organization.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business requirements.
  • Fluent in English (Written and Verbal).
  • Ability to work core US Hours as needed.
