In this role,
- The Candidate should be having excellent communication skills
- Should be having experience on S4 Hana Implementation and Support projects.
- The candidates should be seasoned Basis and Solution Manager expert
- Should be conversant with SAP Solution Manager 7.2 Configuration with excellent knowledge on the critical component of SLD, LMDB, Managed Systems, CHARM Exposure to ALM
- Should be able to maintain SAP S4 HANA, SAP ECC, SAP BW, SAP BODS and Solution Manager landscapes.
- Should have the capability to connect Solution Manager with 3rd Party systems /tools on ABAP, NON-ABAP and HANA System.
- Customize ITSM and CHARM based on customer needs and configure monitoring of various components like PO, BOSD and web dispatcher.
- Utilize SAP focused insight for effective solution management.
- Configure Early Watch Report (EWA), Data Volume Management (DVM) and Business Process Management (BPM)
- Should have knowledge on TREX Content Server, Portal etc.
- Demonstrate experience in SAP BASIS administration including experience in SAP BASIS administration, including standard SAP procedure such as client copy, database refresh, patching, transport management, upgrade, performance tunning of database.
- Provide support for disaster recovery and DR as required.
- Perform daily production support activities.
- Need excellent communication skills.
- Certification will be an added advantage.

Minimum Qualifications / Skills
- Graduate or postgraduate in B.Tech, IT or MCA / MBA
- Ability to deliver high quality and reliable software by collaborating with team. Outstanding analytical skills, ability to apply expertise to drive complex, technical and highly commercial solutions. Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer facing skills that include conducting compelling technical briefing& demonstrations including issues, status reports and resolving impediments.
