- You are a proactive and dynamic sales manager with focus on business development and continuity
- You are responsible for exploring and expanding our commercial activities
- You prepare and implement your sales budget with your team
- You follow-up and analyze all important performance metrics like turnover, margin, stocks, AR, next to others
- You report sales results and go the extra mile to ensure the set sales objectives will be realized
- You partner with existing/potential customers to understand business needs and objectives to ensure long-term success built on trust
- You map out market evolutions and market position of the competition to ensure that we can anticipate on commercial opportunities. You remain up to date on industry news
- You explore new opportunities and potential/strategic customers, ultimately convert them into clients and continue to grow the business
- You ensure the timely delivery of services and products to clients
- You stimulate collaboration and teamwork. You build the bridge from the market to the internal organization by working closely together with the sales team and all supporting departments
- You present sales contracts and you oversee consistent pricing and correctness of outgoing quotations while ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- You expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize customer satisfaction
- You are open minded to continuously improve through feedback and actively share best practices
- Develop yourself and your team member(s) as well
- Other Tasks assigned by leader
- Desired education level: Bachelor or above in Textile Engineering is preferred, sales or another relevant field also could be considered
- Desired work experience: Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record
- In-depth understanding of market research methods, project management and analysis. Solid knowledge of performance reporting and budget process.
