- Mastermind the planning, coordination, and execution of expansive development projects.
- Interpret building plans and provide insightful recommendations.
- Engage with an array of vendors, suppliers, and consultants to deliver projects that redefine industry standards.
- Offer both on-site and off-site management to ensure seamless project progression.
- Spearhead the procurement process with a keen eye for detail.
- Lead and inspire professional teams to achieve groundbreaking results.
- Deliver comprehensive project progress reports and present findings to key stakeholders.
- Champion the company's Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives, driving sustainable development forward.Requirements:
- A scientific degree from the built environment spectrum, such as Quantity Surveying, Property Studies, or Town Planning.
- A Construction Management certification would be a feather in your cap.
- A minimum of 5-8 years' experience in a similar high-impact role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with CAD skills being a significant plus.
- Exceptional analytical prowess, problem-solving skills, and communication fluency.
- Advanced abilities in Excel and PowerPoint to convey ideas and data compellingly.
