- College Degree (Bachelors Level).
- 12+ years.
- SAP ABAP programming required.
- Analytical and problem solving skills.
- Strong integration knowledge among SD, MM, PTP, FI processes, master data, as well as integrating with external POS systems.
- Excellent knowledge with designing custom solutions and interfaces between SAP & Non-SAP systems like Concur, Kyriba, Right angle etc.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- System analysis, design and configuration.
- Good knowledge of SAP ECC 6.0, Business Intelligence, BOBJ data warehousing, SOA, Microsoft .Net, ABAP, Idocs, batch scheduling, web services and workflow/process automation software, WinShuttle Experience, Power BI, Power Automate a plus Relational database tools.
- Team and Project Leadership.
- Analysis – Collaborate with process owners to analyze business processes and propose process improvements enabled by information technology. Participate in value proposition development. Research and document business processes, Keep updating the documentations and provide process improvement recommendations to the business.
- Design and development – Based on analysis described in Part 1, develop technical designs and implement software solutions to support business process improvements. Design, Implement and Architecture for Finance and Procurement solutions. Development may include custom programming using CITGO approved development tools and/or package software configuration.
- Planning – Formulate, communicate and execute project plans, with limited supervision. Provide input for project and departmental budget development. Partner with key stakeholders to transform the business process or to re-engineer the existing process.
- Team Leadership – Collaborate with project team members. Plan and direct activities of team members when appropriate. Must be able to lead the gathering of requirements, design, configure, testing and deployment of functionality related to all the modules of SAP FICO Prepare and execute oral and written communications. Act as a project team spokesperson. Assist Project Leadership with the formalization and execution of project close-out activities including documentation of all interfaces and points to remember and follow.
- System Support – Anticipate and investigate production system problems/questions ascertaining root cause and corrective action needed. Design, develop, test and implement corrective action. Strong integration knowledge among SD, MM, PTP, FI processes, master data, as well as integrating with external POS systems.
- Training – Plan, prepare and deliver appropriate training to end-users.
