We know that our success is the result of more than 4,000 talented people working together to achieve amazing outcomes.Reporting to the Workshop Supervisor, the Auto Electrician Leading Hand role will assist and lead a team working on a variety of used Caterpillar equipment, overhauling electrical systems, performing diagnostics, and replacing electrical components & air-conditioning systems.Location: Perth-based role based at WesTrac's Perth Precinct - near Perth Airport.
Roster: 5 days on, 2 days off - 10 hour days. No FIFO required.To be successful the following is required:

Auto Electrical Trade Qualification
Current Forklift Licence
Experience working with Heavy Mobile Equipment
Caterpillar product knowledge highly regarded
Dedicated commitment to Safety & Quality Assurance
Dedicated to fulfilling internal and external customer requirements
Previous team leadership experience
