About the job HR & Modern Worker Business AnalystPurpose of the Role:
  • Identify, design, and specify application solutions meeting business requirements and achieving benefits.
  • Facilitate the implementation of identified solutions using recognized project management methodologies.
  • Support and maintain existing application solutions to ensure optimal utilization.
  • Manage SAP Human Capital Management cross-functional areas including budgets, projects, audits, licenses, and communication.
Main Responsibilities: * Provide SAP HCM solutions addressing current and immediate needs.
  • Ensure SAP compliance with obligations and maintain a pipeline of changes aligning with business plans.
  • Design SAP HCM solutions ensuring application of strategies, policies, standards, and best practices.
  • Deliver service against SLAs and KPIs with excellent end-user adoption and minimal incidents.
  • Coordinate system maintenance life cycle and lead monthly action list work sessions.
  • Manage external services, ensure legal change updates, and oversee SAP landscapes alignment.
  • Provide ongoing advice, support, and system opportunity identification for HR systems.
  • Develop, enhance, and implement IT applications, including system development projects.
  • Maintain SAP user profiles, conduct system audits, and provide reporting and integration coordination.
  • Demonstrate effective teamwork, self-management, and KPI achievement.
Education and Qualification:
  • Degree in Information Technology / BCom / National Diploma in Information Technology.
  • SAP qualifications in HCM module.
  • Minimum 4 years relevant experience, preferably in SAP ECC 6 with HR modules.
Knowledge and Skill:
  • Business principles and process understanding.
  • System analysis, end-user knowledge, and SAP Payroll & Time Management processes.
  • Planning, negotiation, project management, and advanced computer skills.
  • Verbal and written communication, report writing, problem-solving, and decision-making.
Experience and Training:
  • Demonstrated success in team leading, project management, and exposure to relevant systems.
  • Valid Code EB driver's license and global organization exposure preferred.
Customer Relationships:
  • Internal: Management teams, operational managers, audit team, cross-functional project teams.
  • External: Supplier representatives, consultants, auditors.
Leadership / Supervision:
  • May lead project teams; no specified number of subordinates.

  • High-energy self-starter and collaborative team player.
