1x Front Desk Manager / Supervisor URGENTLY needed for a busy 5 Star Lodge in Limpopo-Hoedspruit

• At least 1-year Beauty Therapy qualification.
• 3 - 4 years of working experience in a busy 5 Star Spa establishment as a Front Desk Manager/ Supervisor with some Management duties.
• Experienced in Spa software management (ChiDesk advantageous).
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel) and professional email etiquette.
• Basic understanding of Financial Reports.
• The Spa Supervisor assumes leadership of the Spa Receptionist Team, serving as the primary point of contact for guests and ensuring they are served in a and welcomed in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
• The Spa Supervisor monitor and schedule bookings for treatments and responding to all enquiries done either in person, over the phone or via email.
• The Spa Supervisor is responsible for handling of payments for treatments and daily cash-up procedures and other administrative duties.
• The Spa Supervisor is an ambassador of our values, combines superior guest service with forward-thinking management and always strives to bring the best out in the team.
• The Spa Supervisor projects enthusiasm and inspires engagement in working in a multi-cultural environment resulting in a positive and healthy team culture.
• The Spa Supervisor possess excellent verbal communication skills to identify and provide solutions to all guest needs.
• The Spa Supervisor ensures the Spa is consistently staged for maximum buyer impact through a proactive approach in showcasing the Spa and its offerings to guests.
• The Spa Supervisor is self-motivated to achieve financial and operational goals and is committed to personal and professional growth and development.
• The Spa Supervisor is driven to consistently meet and exceed set revenue targets and assist Management with inventory management and cost control.
• The Spa Supervisor takes responsibility to assist with the seamless and successful operation of the spa and leads by example in all areas of spa operations, acting as support to the Spa Management Team.
