- Administrative and financial management of the Department, its customers, partners and staff members.
- Accountable for financial performance and governance in Agriculture, Food and Life business segment (AFL), including top line growth, profitability, margin improvement, efficiency and productivity.
- Promotion of the company brand and integrity in the market.
- Analysis of market potential, development of competitive and operational positioning strategies.
- Development of new service and product concepts.
- Translation of business strategy into pragmatic action plans and their execution.
- Negotiation, drafting and management of contracts with local and international clients.
- Provision of consulting and customer assistance services, including monitoring and management of customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring integrity and continuous improvement in inspection, testing and certification services.
- Leadership and training of the work team, at national level.
- Degree in Agronomic Engineering, Business Management, Chemistry or other related qualification.
- 10 years of experience in leadership and business management positions at national.
- Goals and results orientated.
- Solid knowledge of financial management.
- Excellent public relations and negotiation.
- Experience in project design and business plans.
- Experience in team leading, partnership and change management.
- Exposure in laboratories and technical inspections of agriculture products.
- Familiar with ISO's 9001, 14001, 45001 and 17025.
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English.
- Practical computer knowledge from the user's point of view of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM System programs (is an advantage).
