Ensure the successful execution of customer contracts and R&D projects. Must have a strong technical background in the development of hardware and software for electronic warfare systems and products and been involved with technically complex projects aligned to a systems engineering management approach. Manage multiple projects within budget and schedule restraints. Must travel internationally.
