My client within the property sector is looking for a Senior Financial Accountant that can add value to their finance team. The Financial Accountant will be responsible for the full finance function.As a Senior Financial Accountant you will be Responsible for the Following:
- Generate monthly journals on the financial system
- Implement improvements
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements for management and auditing purposes
- Prepare month end reconciliations and documentation to support the trail balance
- Assist with financial policies, guidelines and protocols
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements for management and auditing purposes
- Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly and annual statutory returns
- Ensure effective daily cash management
- Record asset transactions and ensure that transactions are allocated accurately
- Full understanding of accruals accounting
- Compile complete, accurate and timely accounting records on a monthly basis
Completed Finance Degree
3 - 5 years’ experience
Advanced Excel experience
