- Provide technical support and consultancy to clients using Altair’s electronic systems tools.
- Conduct demonstrations and training sessions to educate clients on the optimal use of Altair products.
- Work closely with clients to understand their technical needs and assist in the implementation of software solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure client requirements are met with innovative solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in electronic engineering and Altair software.
- Working with tools such as, FEKO, PSIM, ALTAIR TWIN ACTIVE, Composer, POLLEx and many more.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering or a related field.
- Strong foundation in electronic systems and familiarity with simulation software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to communicate complex technical details clearly and concisely.
- Willingness to engage in continuous learning and skills development.
- Proficiency in English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
