- At least 3 years of experience in a reservationist position
- Must have a valid RSA ID
- Must submit application with Police Clearance certificate
- Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office, eRes/ Nebula, Opera or Apex
- Should have excellent communication skills (Written and Verbal)
- Must have interpersonal skills and a good command of the English language
- Must be well organized, have excellent time management skills and work well under pressure
- Must be flexible, dedicated and well presented
- Should be a team player
