- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business objectives and create HR strategies that are aligned with organisational goals.
- Provide counsel and support to corporate leaders regarding HR policies, processes, and best practices.
- Manage talent management efforts such as workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, and succession planning.
- Drive employee engagement and culture-building initiatives to improve the employee experience.
- Coach and advise managers on employee relations issues, performance development programmes, and dispute resolution.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations, and manage employee relations concerns by corporate standards.
- Analyse HR metrics and data to discover patterns and make suggestions for ongoing improvement.
- Contribute to the creation and execution of HR policies, processes, and programmes that support company objectives.
