- Provide customers with business process consulting in the areas of recruiting and onboarding.
- Provide customers with expert guidance on the features and usage of the products mentioned above.
- Act as a lead consultant on a project providing direction to offshore team members. Also, be able to configure and implement a project as a sole consultant.
- Configuration and unit testing
- Lead and conduct in-person workshops on configuration and other functional and technical topics
- Provide customers with product training, demonstrations, and walkthroughs
- Go-live, post go-live, and escalation support
- Analyze customer configuration designs and make recommendations for improvements
- Advise partners on implementation methods to ensure customer success
- Assist sales and scoping teams with scoping, estimating, and statement of work (SOW), as well as customer sales presentations (sometimes on customer site). This includes customer solutioning and providing best practice advice.
- Strong analytical and researching skills and ability to problem solve effectively.
- Administrative tasks such as timekeeping and bill forecasting
- Travel up to 100%. Average travel is about 5-10%, however some customers will require more. Travel at or near 100% is rare, but possible on a temporary basis, depending on individual customer needs.
- Consultants are required to meet certain utilization targets for productive billable time, in the realm of 85-90%.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and with multiple customers simultaneously. Depending on project size, consultants typically work on anywhere from 2 to 6 projects at a time.
- At least 3 years of prior consulting experience is highly preferred.
- Must have led at least 3 implementations of SuccessFactors Recruiting Management, 3 implementations of Recruiting Marketing, and 3 implementations of Onboarding (either version) from end to end. This refers to being either the lead or sole consultant responsible for the entire module implementation, rather than just a member of an implementation team.
- Experience working or consulting in various HR fields, particularly recruiting and onboarding, is highly preferred.
- Integration experience preferred.
- Experience migrating from Onboarding 1.0 to Onboarding highly preferred.
- Must speak fluent English
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong business consulting skills
- Strong functional skills in SuccessFactors Recruiting Management, Recruiting Marketing, Onboarding 1.0, and Onboarding
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience preferred
- Current Associate Certifications in:
- SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting: Recruiter Experience
- SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting: Candidate Experience
- SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0
- SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Core
- Professional Certification in any of the above highly preferred
