- Ensure food and beverage recipes are being complied with.
- Ensure team players are working to our strict hygiene disciplines.
- Managing the performance of all your team players.
- Identify areas needed for training.
- Deliver our Culture and Mission Statement through motivation, training, and gap analysis.
