For more information, .Info Technology description.What You Will DoThe Sr. Staff Engineer - Cloud & Infra Platform is responsible for leading the strategy and development of highly leverageable capabilities in test automation software design. You will promote broad approaches to testing and drive cultural adoption of test automation across our development organization.:Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of cloud and infrastructure platforms in alignment with the company's strategic goals.
Manage a team of engineers and provide technical guidance and mentorship to ensure successful project delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable and reliable cloud-based solutions.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements for all cloud and infrastructure platforms.
Develop and maintain documentation for all cloud and infrastructure systems and processes.
Lead the development and implementation of highly scalable and efficient test automation software design strategies in alignment with the Role and Duties.
Drive cultural adoption of test automation across the development organization and promote 'test first' thinking to drive quality and speed in the development organization's deliverables.
Lead the architecture, software development/engineering, and delivery of major programs in alignment with the general_summary.
Investigate emerging technologies and new engineering techniques to drive continuous improvement of the service and its use in solutions.
Mentor individuals/direct reports and lead the organization in adoption of 'test first' thinking to drive quality and speed in the development organization's deliverables.
Develop and document technical requirements and solutions in alignment with the general_summary.
Collaborate and integrate with engineering services and platforms to ensure complete delivery of solutions.
Lead the AWS public cloud enablement and drive maturity within the Technology Services Cloud Engineering organization in alignment with the top_responsibilities.
Deliver the AWS cloud strategy and execution within the Technology Services Cloud Engineering organization in alignment with the top_responsibilities.
Partner with teams across critical Platforms, End Users, Networks, Security, and other technology partners to drive strategy and delivery for efficient use of hosting platforms in alignment with the top_responsibilities.
Drive maturity of the overall AWS service, and is responsible for reference architectures, solution designs, roadmaps, work allocations, and the direct management of the AWS engineering and software development team in alignment with the top_responsibilities.
Actively engage with AWS external specialists and forums to remain current on industry trends in alignment with the top_responsibilities.
Establish software development standards for the team in alignment with the top_responsibilities.
Grow and scale a diverse, credible, and agile team with the talent and technical expertise to identify, launch, and iterate the next generation of products in our portfolio in alignment with the top_responsibilities.
Own end-to-end cloud platform lifecycle activities including technical vision, strategy, prioritization, delivery and performance management in alignment with the top_responsibilities.
Automate security guardrails and compliance controls for the AWS cloud in alignment with the top_responsibilities.
Drive continuous improvement through automation, measurements and best practices, and coach team members to drive continuous improvements in alignment with the top_responsibilities.
Drive innovation via a Community of Practice, allowing for cross-team collaboration and advancing common business goals in alignment with the top_responsibilities.
Drive self-service AWS hosting patterns for application developer, mature Infrastructure as Code automation, and developer productivity in alignment with the top_responsibilities.
Assist with the tracking, monitoring and analysis of performance metrics in alignment with the top_responsibilities.
Using Agile methodology, effectively manages backlog and sprint execution schedule to accelerate business outcomes using DevSecOps in alignment with the top_responsibilities.
Invest in growing talent by mentoring and developing the technical team of software engineers and AWS architects to ensure that their current skill set keeps pace with the changes to the cloud computing landscape and the solutions available in the market in alignment with the top responsibilities.

What We Are Looking For- Reports directly to Conrad.Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
12-14 years of experience in cloud and infrastructure platform development and management.
Proven track record of leading successful cloud and infrastructure projects.
Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies and services, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Minimum of 12-14 years of related experience in hybrid infrastructure management and exposure to application development and enterprise architecture in alignment with the YoE.
Degree in the STEM field in alignment with the EduLevel.
Proven experience working in CI/CD and DevOps model in alignment with the top_requirements.
Hands-on, deep technical understanding and experience in Public Cloud -AWS at enterprise level scale, inclusive of cloud native, serverless, container-Kubernetes, Automation, python, terraform, microservices architecture, RBAC, VPC, IAM and
Disaster recovery, backup recovery and networking, Architecture background, Documenting on our strategy.
80% on strategy and the rest hands on.
cloud security constructs in alignment with the top_requirements.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in alignment with the top requirements.

Desired Qualifications

Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Organizational leadership/people management experience preferred in alignment with the top_requirements.
Public Cloud industry certifications preferred in alignment with the top_requirements.
Background in programming with open-source solutions and languages in alignment with the top requirements.
