As the Jersey Plant Operator, you will be responsible for overseeing our jersey manufacturing plant, ensuring the efficient operation of machinery, and maintaining quality standards. This role is crucial in ensuring that our uniforms meet the highest standards of craftsmanship and durability.Key Responsibilities:Operate and oversee jersey manufacturing machinery, including knitting machines, cutting machines, and sewing machines.Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality control.Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery to minimize downtime.Coordinate with production team members to meet production targets and deadlines.Uphold safety and cleanliness standards within the manufacturing plant.Implement improvements to optimize production processes and minimize waste.Requirements:Proven experience as a Jersey Plant Operator or similar role in textile manufacturing.In-depth knowledge of jersey manufacturing machinery and processes.Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Good communication and organizational skills.High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification is a plus.Benefits:Competitive salary based on experience and skills.Opportunities for career growth and development.Job Type: Full-timePay: R5 000,00 - R10 000,00 per month
