Lead change management efforts by planning and executing strategies at the operational level.
Administer payroll and ensure accurate time and attendance tracking.
Conduct recruitment activities, including interviews and selection processes.
Design and implement employee wellness programs tailored to workforce needs.
Facilitate performance management processes, including training managers on performance evaluation techniques.
Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and grievance management.
Ensure compliance with Employment Equity and manage related committee meetings.
Conduct BBBEE audits and manage documentation for compliance and reporting.
Prepare and manage HR departmental budgets with a focus on cost-efficiency.
Establish and maintain productive relationships with union representatives and manage negotiations.
Provide direct support and consultation to management on HR-related issues.
Regularly report on HR metrics and their impact on business operations to senior management.
Update and ensure adherence to HR policies, responding to changes in legislation.
Oversee the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth integration into the company.Requirements: Qualification and SkillHR Degree or suitably qualified Honours Degree Human Resources
Years: 8- 10 years HR Management Related mining experience essential
Languages: English /well versed in South African local languages
