Hire Resolve's Client is looking for a Project Administrator/Co-Ordinator to join their vibrant team in Cape Town.The responsibilities of this role include coordinating projects, managing documentation, analysing data, facilitating communication, managing risks, ensuring quality, allocating resources, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.Requirements
  • Possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within financial services or infrastructure development.
  • Exhibit exceptional attention to detail alongside strong administrative capabilities.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and the ability to excel within collaborative environments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with particular expertise in Excel.
  • Familiarity with MS Project is advantageous.
  • Proficient in data analysis, with the ability to structure and transform data into comprehensive management reports.
  • Experience in maintaining project registers, encompassing claims, correspondence, and payments.
  • Capable of generating standard project documentation and facilitating effective communication.
  • Display adaptability and quick learning abilities to navigate various industries and project types.
