Office Administrator - HermanusFull job descriptionGeneral Administration: Handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers. Organizing and scheduling appointments with admin software.Communication Management: Answer and direct phone calls, organize correspondence and handle incoming and outgoing mails and emails.Report Generation: Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, maintain filing systems, databases, and document management.Financial Duties: Assist with invoice preparation, processing, and reconciliation of accounts. Manage office budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting.Human Resources Support: Assist in the recruitment process, set up interviews, manage records, and maintain employee records.Office Maintenance: Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories, and evaluating new equipment and techniques.Event Coordination: Coordinate events, meetings, and team buildings..Policy Implementation: Assist in the enforcement of office policies and practices.Qualifications and Skills:Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role.Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.Excellent organizational and leadership skills.Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.Knowledge of MS Office and office management software.Job Type: Full-timePay: R10 000,00 - R15 000,00 per monthExperience:Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 3 years (Preferred)Application Deadline: 2024/05/25
