Your primary objectives will revolve around ensuring the restaurant's financial success, maintaining impeccable standards of quality, and delivering unforgettable experiences to our guests.Qualifications and Requirements:

Matric
Diploma in Hotel Management or Food and Beverage Management
3-5 years of relevant experience in luxury hospitality
Proficiency in MS Office
Familiarity with Opera and Micros systems
Strong decision-making abilities
Excellent influencing skills
Adaptability and flexibility

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of various dining outlets within the hotel
Implement strategies to control operational costs and reduce wastage
Fulfill duty manager shifts, serving as the highest-ranking authority on the property
Collaborate with the Events Manager to organize and execute special events
Assist in HR functions such as performance evaluations and disciplinary actions
Provide regular reports on financial performance, inventory, and personnel matters
Monitor monthly and annual budgets to ensure targets are met
