RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a talented and experienced General Manager to lead our client in real estate. We are a trusted recruitment agency, and we pride ourselves on connecting top professionals with leading real estate companies.As the General Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive growth and ensure the success of our real estate division. You will oversee a team of recruiters, manage client relationships, and contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the company.Responsibilities

Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and increase market share within the real estate industry
Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction
Stay current with industry trends and market conditions, providing insights and recommendations to clients and candidates
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize recruitment processes and deliver the best results for clients and candidates
Monitor and report on key performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to achieve targets

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
Proven experience in the real estate industry, with a focus on recruitment or sales
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Knowledge of current real estate market trends and industry best practices
Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment software
