DATA CENTER OPERATIONS (DCO)
This position involves:
- Diagnosing hardware and network problems followed by physical repairs
- Troubleshooting events within internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs) o Performing root cause analysis of equipment failures
- Manual handling and lifting of equipment may be required (weight limits in accordance with regulations)A day in the life

- 1+ years of computer networking experience
- High school or equivalent diplomaPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure
