Laird Performance Material (A DuPont Business) is looking for a new team member to join our team as a full-time position located in Bac Ninh province.This position is responsible for, but not limited to, involves managing the manufacturing process from start to finish, from developing processes and tools to training staff and evaluating products. The goal is to maintain quality, productivity, and efficiency while ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies.Job Responsibilities: Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to

Develop and design manufacturing processes for plating and coating of products, including the design and development of tools, fixtures, and processes.
Perform equipment verification and validation and process IQC/OQC/PQC.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deploy design changes.
Develop manufacturing processes, tools, and fixtures.
Train and supervise production staff.
Create manufacturing work instructions and process documents.
Improve production process through tooling, fixture design, and automation.
Estimate production lead times, staffing, and related costs.
Interface with vendors to evaluate products and source materials.

Job Qualifications:Education:

Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering is preferred, but candidates with majors in Manufacturing / Industrial / Mechanical or Electrical engineer will also be considered.

Skills and competencies:

Minimum 5 years of work experience in a foreign manufacturing company (FDI) with strong experience in plating process. Experience in the coating process is an advantage.
Fluent communication in both written and oral Vietnamese and English. Chinese language proficiency is a plus.
Knowledgeable in SolidWorks or other CAD applications, Electronics/PCBA debugging, instrument test experiences are an advantage.
