- University Degree in engineering or economics or business management. An engineering degree is preferable
- Experienced selling industrial equipment
- Experiences in industrial gas are advantages
- Skilled at presentation, equipment consultation, information gathering
- Good to excellent track record of sales achievements
- Good understanding and experience on sales territory management and its actual implementation
- Confident in communication, proactive, passionate at assigned work
- Additional languages capability is an advantage (English, Chinese, Korean, Japanese)
